Our reunions are held the 3rd Wednesday thru Saturday of the month of June each year. This could change depending on location and hotel availability.
This is a Family orientated reunion.
Our reunions sites typically follow a western, central and eastern location.

The itinerary of our annual reunion usually consists of the following:

Wednesday: Registration and getting settled in.

Thursday: Registration and organized trips during the day.
Dutch Covert Golf Classic in the morning

Friday: Organized trips during the day.
At night we have a Social Hour.

Saturday: We have our general meeting and election
of board members.
Ladies luncheon for the wives.
In the evening, we have a dinner/dance and raffle.

Sunday: Everyone heads home.

NOTE: We have planned side trips that are usually done
on Thursday and Friday during the day.
This is subject to change with each reunion.
