VHCMA Reunions - Past, Present and Future

Our reunions are held the 3rd Wednesday thru Saturday of the month of June each year, depending on location and hotel availability.

All VHCMA reunions are family orientated events.

Reunion Information

The Witness to War Foundation is a 501(c)3 nonprofit organization based in Atlanta, GA that is dedicated to preserving the oral histories of veterans of WWII, Korea, Vietnam, and the Global War on Terror by conducting free video interviews that honor your service, preserve your story, and promote the education of military history for future generations. The interviews are published on, where the public can easily access over 3,000 firsthand accounts of war from the men and women who experienced it. Martin Madert will be attending this year’s reunion to conduct interviews with any willing participants. The interviews take approximately one hour and include 3 free DVD copies, Library of Congress Veterans History Project donation, and inclusion into the 50th Anniversary Commemoration of the Vietnam War. VHCMA Reunion Itinerary

The itinerary of our annual reunion usually consists of the following:

Tuesday:  Registration and getting settled in.
Wednesday:  Registration and getting settled in.
Thursday:  Registration and organized trips during the day. Dutch Covert Golf Classic in the morning
Friday:  Organized trips during the day. At night we have a Social Hour or a Veterans workshop.
Saturday:  We have our general meeting and election of board members. Ladies luncheon for the wives. In the evening, we have a dinner/dance and raffle.
Sunday:  Everyone heads home.

NOTE:  We have planned side trips that are usually done on Thursday and Friday during the day. This is subject to change with each reunion.
